Reports to: Branch Manager
Position Summary: Full-time position primarily responsible for providing superior customer service, both on the phone and in person, to all customers. Additional duties include; posting payments, making bank deposits, doing daily processing work, completing and processing loan applications, collecting payments, and making collection calls.
Preferred Skills and Knowledge: High school diploma or equivalent degree required, ability to take payments and maintain a cash drawer, previous consumer finance or consumer lending experience is preferred, exceptional communication and customer service skills and proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
